- For a major cogeneration facility operating in the severe non-attainment area, ARG handled direct agency contacts on virtually all air compliance matters and permit issues. We worked with the Plant Environmental Manager, the Plant Manager and Vice President to give the facility the greatest flexibilities in operations under its Title V permit.
- For a major electronic components manufacturer we essentially handled all compliance responsibilities including permitting for New York and Illinois plants.
- For a major electric utility we handled numerous permit and compliance contacts with the state regulatory agency for 6 large electric generating stations. ARG prepares compliances plans and strategies for these facilities for requirements such as RACT plans, opacity exceedance reporting, and emergency episode action plans.
- For three large auto recycling facilities, ARG has provided facility compliance activities and handles most communications with the regulatory agencies.
