
RCRA & CERCLA Compliance
ARG provides comprehensive environmental management services in compliance with EPA's Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to control non-hazardous solid waste and hazardous waste from "cradle-to-grave." This includes generation, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste at operational facilities.If contamination is discovered at an uncontrolled or abandoned facility, EPA’s authority under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) allows the responsible parties to be identified and held accountable for remediation activities.
Our RCRA/CERCLA services include strategically planning the proper corrective action plan to determine long-term remediation goals, and preparation and execution of work plans, including:
- Health and Safety Plans, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and numerous other technical requirements of RCRA/CERCLA.
