Emissions Inventory Development
Precise knowledge of a facility's air emissions is important for regulatory purposes, determining potential emission offsets and for developing permitting strategies. ARG has prepared numerous inventories (air and wastewater permitting, SARA Toxic Release Inventories, regional air sheds) for clients ranging from large cement plants to small manufacturing facilities. New NYSDEC Regulation for Combustion InstallationsOn July 8, 2010 the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation placed new restrictions on NOx (oxides of nitrogen) emissions from boilers in accordance with their program of Reasonably Achievable Control Technology (RACT).
